Workshop – Tejal Shah – INTERBEING: Exploring Self, Other & The World Through Art & Nonduality

This workshop will be immersive and experiential in nature. Based on expressive arts, Buddhism, psychotherapy and somatics, artist Tejal Shah will guide participants on a journey of self-exploration and discovery. Together, we will ask and reflect on questions such as:

Who am I? What is the nature of my mind? What is it like to be fully present in the here and now? Is there a self separate from the other?

Through these inquiries, we will create space for our intuitive wisdom, love, compassion and skills to emerge naturally, allowing us to experience the joys and benefits of incorporating a deeply interconnected worldview into our daily lives.

Daily schedule

9 am – 10:30 am: Session 1
10:30 am – 11 am: Break
11 am – 12:30 pm: Session 2
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Lunch and break
2:30 pm – 4 pm: Session 3
4 pm – 4:30 pm: Break
4:30 pm – 6 pm: Session 4

Please note:

• To maintain the integrity of the process, participation in the entire workshop program is requested.
• This workshop will be conducted in English with consecutive translation into Portuguese and will also feature many non-verbal elements.
• This workshop is limited to eighteen participants and is only available to those working in the helping professions, such as psychotherapy or counseling.
