Screening and Talk – Philip Rizk – Mapping Lessons

On September 6, 2023, at 1.30pm, the screening of the film Mapping Lessons, by Philip Rizk, followed by a conversation between the artist and Manuel Borja-Villel, part of the curatorial team of the 35th Bienal, will take place at the 35th Bienal de São Paulo. In the multimedia essay, we travel through time and space to different periods of the colonization of the Middle East and delve into the past as a way of reflecting on the present.
